Beginning Yoga is a slower paced yoga class focusing more on breathing, safety, alignment, and connection. A great place to begin and continue to get fundamentals, connect to yourself, and be supported in community.

Mixed Levels Yoga classes are suitable for stronger and more skillful practitioners, including strong beginners. Each level will sweat, be challenged, breathe, learn about alignment, and connect to energy. Price depends on Yoga studio. See yoga studio website for pricing options.
