Who is this woman?
Leslie Porter (Guru Siri Kaur), KR1 and Hatha CYT, RYT has been dedicated to yoga for many years. Teaching in colleges, studios, and private sessions, she creates an accepting and playful environment. With gentle compassion, she supports students of all ages and levels in discovering their own unique radiance and wisdom. Her expertise with alignment and anatomy, emotional trauma, spiritual/energy work, injuries, and stress reduction extends to the patients of physical therapy, nutritionist, psychology, and acupuncture professionals. A gifted teacher, Leslie is also a committed student, having trained with Marie-Jose Blom Lawrence (Pilates), Ana Forrest (Forrest), Judith Lasater (Restoratives), John Friend (Anusara), Yoga West (Kundalini) and Jack Kornfield (Vipassana Meditation). She has helped some of these teachers train teachers. She would love to share her love of yoga, meditation, and Pilates with you and would be honored to have you in one of her classes.

"I just returned from one of Leslie Porter's retreats and had a wonderful time. This one was at Zaca Lake and you could not pick a prettier and more relaxing place for a retreat. Leslie had everything organized to perfection. Besides Yoga twice a day, we also did meditations that really helped with my focus and relaxation. Karta provided us with beautiful music for each session. Between his gong, drums and singing bowls , each session was a little different and added to the magic of the moment. Janet provided fantastic vegetarian/vegan meals with such a wide variety at each meal, that I felt extremely well fed the whole weekend. She is a great chef and hope she will honor us again with her wonderful food at the next retreat.
